You may want to consider adding two simple things - from my experience, they work wonders. - a half hour walk every morning - lotsa chilled water - 10-12 glasses a day These two simple steps will help immensely in lifting your overall mood, even if the rest of the day remains as it is today And yes, the sights during the morning walk are usually very, very pleasant and invigorating - your ability to suck in your stomach will increase manifold. | ||
